CortexSales
Our Story

Built by Sales Engineers Who Got Tired of Template Spam

We built CortexSales because every outbound tool we tried did the same thing: blast templates without understanding the prospect. Personalization meant swapping a first name. Research meant checking a LinkedIn headline. We knew there had to be a better way.

Mission

Make every cold email worth reading

Our mission is simple: back every outreach with real evidence. We cross-reference SEC filings, earnings transcripts, job postings, technographics, and press releases to find genuine pain points -- then craft emails that speak directly to what the prospect actually cares about. Today we focus exclusively on the USA B2B market, with plans to expand internationally.

Our Values

Principles that guide every feature we ship

Evidence Over Assumptions

Every email we send is backed by real data -- SEC filings, earnings transcripts, job postings, technographics. We never guess what a prospect cares about. We find proof.

Safety Over Speed

We would rather send 100 great emails than 10,000 mediocre ones. Canary rollouts, safety gates, and policy checks ensure nothing leaves the system unless it meets our quality bar.

Quality Over Volume

Spray-and-pray is dead. We measure success by reply rates and pipeline created, not emails sent. Every prospect deserves outreach that respects their time and intelligence.

Tech Philosophy

Software engineering discipline, applied to sales

Most sales tools treat email sends like fire-and-forget API calls. We treat them like production deployments -- with rollback plans, canary testing, and safety gates.

Canary Rollout

New email strategies are tested on a small slice of traffic first. If reply rates dip, the system automatically rolls back -- just like a production deployment.

Safety Gates

Five independent checks verify every email before it sends: domain health, content quality, policy compliance, deliverability score, and rate limits.

CI Governance

Architectural decisions are enforced at build time. Protected paths require ADR references. Events must be registered. Safety invariants are proven, not assumed.

Join the evidence-first revolution

Stop guessing what your prospects care about. Let CortexSales find the proof and write the email.
